MY CARRIER IN GRAND PRIX 2

In 1997 I bought my computer Pentium 120 (now it is Pentium 200). A week later I bought CD with Grand Prix 2. Since that time GP2 is my favourite game. However, it was very difficult to drive for me. I like fair play and never reload or restart the race if I make a crash. Also I don't use any utilities for GP2 - I play in original version only. These factors and my crazy driving stile were the reason of my defeat. I (I drove Benetton as Schumacher) lost the championship and Hill won the title. In that championship (10% race distance) I use the Braking Help (F1 key); the car damages and all problems were turned on. Then I tested my car and tried to play without the Braking Help. The car became faster and I took the easy victory in the World Championship at Rookie level. After a great victory at Amateur level I tried to play at Ace level as Hakkinen. Unfortunately, I was not ready yet. I took 2 point only in Brazil and pole position in Italy. Then I won the titles at Semi-Pro and Professional levels.

I lost my first normal championship at Ace level in the final race and finished in 4 place in the Drivers' Championship. I returned at Pro level to test the car, setups and myself. After the great win I also won the championship at Ace level several times. Then I wanted to drive without Shifting Help (F2 key). After 13 races Hill was in 19 points behind me but three my spins and three Hill's wins made Hill Worthy Champion. I was very angry. Then I won the several championships using manual shifting; the gear box I call "queer box" since that time. I also won the Constructions' Championship for a first time. It was very difficult because Verstappen didn't help me and our team.

I started playing the championships in 100% race distance mode at Ace level. I made a lot of mistakes, damaged my car 12 times but I took 16 poles, 16 fastest laps, 12 wins and the victories in Drivers' and Constructions' Championships. I didn't take the points in Monaco only (it is my favourite race!) due to the puncture and crash. Then I turned off the Throttle Help (F7 key). The car became faster but it was very, very difficult to drive! However, I broken all of my track records and win the championship in 100% race distance mode again (16 poles, 14 fastest laps, 10 wins). In that championship I made a most terrible of my accidents. I was leading in San-Marino GP when I tried to overtake Fittipaldi outside of Tamburello Curve. Fittipaldi didn't want to pass me and blocked my car. I was launched into the air at around 320 kph after clipping the wheel of his Arrows. My crash into wall was more terrible than Senna's crash at the same place.

However, my driving ability and car handling skills over the season make me a Worthy Champion. I enjoy the celebrations, and look forward to next season. I think I'll play once again soon (maybe with you?).
